no response

<p>I first app**** for my Diploma in 2011 and it was rejected becuase they said the inservice training</p> <p>was not relevant to the course. In 2013 in August again I app**** since I got another in-service training after 6 month of waiting it was again rejected because my HR manager signed but what confuses me and my colleague had the same report since we both did Business Management and hers was approved. In April 2015 again I app**** to date I never received and response from the Department they just tell me to be patient.</p> <p>Please advise.</p> <p> </p>
