i app**** for my N6 certifcate via Eastern cape technical college and they submitted my application immidiately on the month of July , i have been making a follow with department of education but no responce , i even visited the offices in pretoria on the 24th of november but they told to me go back where i app**** , they dont deal with individuals individuals they only dealwith schools. . I was suppsosed to have my diploma now but unfortunately for me department of education is taking its time to serve the students needs .
