Must we bribe everything government related

<p>The administration at SWGC IN Roodepoort is appalling. We have been going to the campus since Monday and we still do not know where we stand. Do we have to bribe people for my younger siblings to be enrolled there since it is a government school? I am so disappointed, should have never wasted my time by going there in the first place. Now I will be forced to take my younger sister to a college which does support NSFAS. Education is a joke in this country</p>
