I was ****** my registration fee until now haven't received none

I have ones told at the campus (motheo tvet college) I need to pay a registration of R1000 if I want book my space so that I can be accepted I did as I was told after that I was told the is no space ,the time I went back to request my R1000 I was told to fill in some papers for refund I did so then waited for 6 months because everytime when I go there I will be told they will refund me I must just check my bank account,until it was 3 years I tried to take a different route contact the dhet call center last year ,my email was received they ask me to send proof I did so it's over a year now no response I have send emails and emails trying to find out what's happening nothing at all .The painful thing is the Department can take but they can't give here in South Africa so our education system it's real a ****
