have not received my certificates

<p>i have been studying my financial management course at Maluti tvet college and haven`t received even a single certificate which makes it hard for me to apply for a job as they often request my completion certification of the course.i have completed my course (N6)in 2015 june and haven`t even received a certificate for N4 and N5 which i have completed in 2014.i have since tried to apply for them for about nine times with no success and i have been told my case is not of that paramount importance because there are students who have struggled for about three to four years to obtain their certification.i even tried to send an email to the MEC`s office and i was rediculed by awaiting a response for over 7 weeks.i believe to have followed the right necessary protocols to have taken this route of publishing my complaint here because those certificates are going to help me get my diploma so that i can apply for a degree.</p>
