GHOST OFFICES

My name is Mbasa Ntamo former student at the college of cape town, after completing my Business management N6 certificate I app**** for a diploma after finishing the 18 months in service training with my current employer capitec bank. I app**** the 1st time in march 2014 and only got the response in December (response is supposed to be +- 12 weeks) that the letter my employer gave me was said to be not original.<br> <br> I went back to my employer and got another letter which was signed by my branch manager I submitted in april 2015 until this day I have not received and the Pretoria dhet office does not respond to emails and in order to get a response when calling the offices you have to be really patient because you would swear the building is empty and maybe the staff is on holiday. It is a ghost office and it might actually take days to get a response.<br> <br> I think who ever is in charge the needs to look at other ways of ensuring his/her offices actually function because student support officer at the cct did their best to ensure me they are trying hard they even cc me on the emails they send to the department.<br> <br> I am not sure whether it is incompetence or they just don't care
