For the second year in a roll, exam results lost

I wrote an exam in November 2014 at Damelin Mowbry having studied by correspondence via INTEC. In 2015 I had to call the DHET and wait till April to get my results. Then one came with a fail which I couldn't dispute because time had lapsed (I definitely know that I passed with distinction). Because of this, I lost a whole study year as I couldn't go onto the next stage. At the end of 2015, I re-wrote the subject in question (Water & Waste Water N1) with the hope of continuing this year. Unfortunately the results have disappeared again. I know I passed again and I am considering suing for all the jobs I have missed. The exam center (Damelin) showed me a copy from DHET saying results are pending. AGAIN? this is April already and I have lost another study year. I am so frustrated. After paying for my own studies. Studying after work. The reward, no results.
