Follow up

<p>Worse service ever from this department phoned them earlier on today to follow up on the case. Firstly they took for over to answer the phone,secondly I was told they need pension number for security reason but already answered 2 questions for security reason. Told Precious the lady that was assisting me over the phone to ask me another security question because I dont have pension number she refused after i waited almost 30 minutes for them to pick up the phone. She was not even interested in helping me. </p>
