DIPLOMA PROBLEM

<p>I am a male of 33years old who have completed N6 IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT, and completed inserve as required. I have app**** for my diploma with DHET in March and i contacted them to make sure they received my application and yes they did., but they say maybe i will get my diploma in November, and it might happen not to get my diploma and i will then apply for it again.</p> <p>It really ****s me cos i'm not working and i cannot even continue with my studies and they dont give me the reason what take so long to get my diploma because i submitted all the required documents so since April they havent done my diploma ?</p> <p>what that big issue about issuing our diplomas </p> <p> </p> <p>PLZ HELP</p>
