Dhet HR problems

I contacted the HR department of the department of higher education and training to process a lecturer qualification upgrade. Upon receipt of my documents they stopped interacting with me. They didnt process the claim and have been ignoring my emails for over 4 months. Its a simple documentation process but I have not been contacted or received any feedback in this regard.
