DHET call centre agents who needs communication training.

I phoned their call centre today regarding a work-related query. The two gentlemen whom I spoke to, unfortunately, I did not take their names - can't even speak or understand English properly. DHET needs to send them to a communication or call centre program, or, better yet, hire people who can do the job and deliver proper service.

I don't even know why I'm writing this review because I know nothing will come of it.
