Certificates

I recently had a very disappointing experience with the Department of Higher Education regarding outstanding certificates. Despite me making multiple follow-ups and providing all required documentation, the process was sluggish and unresponsive. Communication was poor, with delays in responses and unclear guidance on the next steps. As a result, what should have been a straightforward process became very frustrating and stressful. The lack of efficiency and customer service?? For 3 years requesting my certificates, I still don’t have them till today. I hope they address these issues soon to improve their overall service.
