Can't enroll for Degree due to Diploma

I have completed my N6 certificate to together with my Internship programme and have been working for the bank ever since. However I am struggling to receive my Diploma due to the lack of service and inconsistency on SWG college and the department's side.

I have re-submitted my application for my Diploma twice this year and both times they have responded to me saying "Practical experience insufficient"- which is incorrect.

I have also tried to reach out to both the school and the department(individuals involved) on multiple occasions with no success. Due to this I was unable to enroll for my degree next year.

PLEASE HELP!
