Bad service delivery

This is really frustrating that there is absolutely nobody in the Doh for business studies that answers a telephone call. And the receptionist doesn't even listen to your concern, she just automatically transfers you before you are even done voicing your concern. I need assistance in terms of results and there is no one that can help me!
