AWAITING DIPLOMA

I've had a horrible experience studying through Ethekwini TVET college Centec campus. I completed my studies in Public Management and Administration on time, paid all my fees in full 2 years ago till this day I am getting the run around with my Diploma. I have app**** twice for it and whenever I call the campus they have no record of it. I contacted the Department of Higher education numerous times and I was told that it was sent to Africa campus which is obviously the wrong campus as it id in Johannesburg and I've studied in Durban. This kind of incompetence is unacceptable. No one is taking responsibility and no one is assisting me with locating my Diploma
