Application for N.Dip

I have app**** for my N.Diploma for electrical engineering in Nov 2017 and to this day there is nothing from DHET. This is so frustrating because they don't even answer the phone. Imagine missing out on a job because you cannot produce a Diploma, this is not good at all.
