WCED is the worst

I was in matric 2012 fell in and wrote supplementary exams in 2013 when I got my results there was only *** I went to the education department several times and was told it means I was absent even though I keep on telling them I did write my exams.The wced is of no help and unconcerned about helping me in any way they just told me to do my matric over after I did I already. The people that’s supposed to help me is no help at all.
