WCED is a mockery!

I was working as an Invigilator during the Oct-Nov NSC exams at the Western Cape Sport School, Centre no: ***, Metro East Education District. I was initially told that we will receive remuneration on or before 23/12/2022. On 12/01/2023 I still did not receive payment and could not get any confirmation from the Chief invigilator of above mentioned centre as she was also left in the dark and ignored by Mr Dilgee who was responsible for our centre. On 12/01/2023 I sent Mr Dilgee an email who failed to respond to my email. On 13/01/2023 I resent the same email to Mr Dilgee in case he missed it. I contacted Mr Joka directly after that who was not very helpful but rather ****y and came up with so many excuses and shifted blame from pillar to post, but did not bother apologizing in the least. On Monday I called Mr Joka again as he promised to send the Senior invigilator the correct from as she apparently completed the incorrect form but no one contacted her until we made contact ourselves. She never received the form, I however sent her the Z56 form as it was said that she completed the Z66 from and then later it was said that she completed something totally different to what was completed before. Mr Jocka's attitude remained the same and I was not even bothered as I only wanted the issue resolved. Shortly after I spoke to Mr Joka on Monday 16/01/2023 I sent an email to one of the directors who passed it on to her assistant and the assistant got into contact with our senior invigilator within minutes and was very helpful and could not apologize enough as they were not aware of the issue. Same day I get a response from Mr Dilgee who ignored me for several days, informing me that the documents has now been sent to the relevant department for processing. He did not bother taking any responsibility or apologizing for the inconvenience caused. They money was paid today but it is really not what I expected as it was said we get between R175-R178 per session and now it seems like we were paid R125 per session - bear in mind that sessions were 2-3 hours long. We had to be at the centre 1 hour before the start of sessions and left 1 hour after that and we as invigilagtors have so much admin work besides invigilating. The real issue here is that no one up until this day made effort to get back to me and apologized for any inconvenience caused. I have been treated in a very inhumane manner and I feel violated to say the least. Department of Education is this really what you stand for? is this really how you treat people? I am disgusted to say the least!
