waiting for refund for 9 months

<p>I have been waiting for a refund of R1077.00 since the 20th of April 2016. No-one gets back to me. This is pathetic service. They are very quick to deny access to the children when the school fees are not up-to-date, but wait for a refund from you, and you have to wait 9 months. Does this mean that i will get interest on 9 months for waiting. </p>
