Very frustrated grade 8 parent who is not placed anywhere

Grade 8 admission The road for application for grade 8,its been hell no one is willing to help we are treated like idiots or non citizens, Been to walk in center to submit and didn't get a respond. Talked to Peter Swart and he will ignore the emails or just respond as he wish, We are paying tax so that we will be taken like fools and everyone just respond as they wish been to the department and the don't allow as to enter they still refer us to the same person who doesn't give us a solution or way forward. Can someone let me know what else can i do to get my daughter register at Northriding secondary school please. This is my daughter's future we are talking about.
