Very bad system. Grade 1 2019

Very bad service. i have been pushed from one dept to another. My child is supposed to go to Grade 1 in 2019 but the schools wont accept the documents as i do not stay in the area. i asked to apply with my work address, but no one can help as i have already app**** for 5 schools which wont take my child. it is appalling that there is no help at all. and the attitude of the dept of edu officials is also appalling, cannot even treat people with respect. Now my child must stay without a school? wow hey. im very irritated by this system especially no one can help or is willing to help.
