Very bad service for a training centre -****

My name is Mildreth kah-acho have enrolled with PC training Business college and paid an enrollment fee of R1000.The program was cancelled for this year because there are not enough students. I requested a refund for the past 4 months they failed to refund me. The person i spoke with Kemi email address Kemi is the campus Manager her contact detail is *** she doesnt responde at all *** refuses to return my calls or even acknowledge my complaint.I have proof of payment I think this centre is ****ming people
