Unprofessionalism

I’ve been a Educator under Destrict 14,Soweto, I’ve been trying to resign for the past month. Due to polices put in place ,No resignation can be processed through the school ,one has to go to the Department to complete the process. I’ve been at the derpartment four time already In this regard and the four time I’ve been there it is due to the incompetence of the employees employed by the Department,in the four time I’ve been there I’ve met four different people,with four different information of completing my resignation process,I suspect that Im being treated unfairly and sabotaged because of a incident that occurred between myself and an employee by the name of Lindiwe Hlatswayo, when she addressed myself and my wife in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner In regards the processes put in place under the pendemic. Today I was told I have to go back and redo my documents Again,After the same lady Lindiwe informs her colleagues that I’m Disrespectful and they still going to give me the run arounds. I am Diabetic and live in Springs which is quite a drive to Soweto.This whole process has affected my health and I’m stressed till today. I’ve lost hope at the Department of Education please assist.
