Unpaid pension with Gauteng Department of Education

i am Wilke Pretorius . i Gave in my resignation October last year with the Department of Education Gauteng . Since my resignation i visit the department of education 3 times to check if the forms is correct( which it was, according to them) . Some of the teachers that gave in their resignation with me was paid out in January . Can you help me to receive my pension found?
