University unfairness

<p>Hello..... ok my story is.....</p> <p>I enrolled at Tshwane University of Technology in 2012. We started with new lecturers simply because apparently the previous year the new rule was introduced that only qualified lecturers can be hired by tut.</p> <p> </p> <p>In my 2nd year 2013 I repeated a subject (history) I don't know what happened with my marks but I noticed that my marks were lower on the system and I actually got higher marks. I confronted the lecturer Dr Vusabantu Ngema who hardly came to classes, we only wrote one test throughout the year 2013. I asked him why I got 53% on the system but my test is 75 and he said I must bring my test to him so he can take it to the mark centre were they can fix it. I have him my test and it disappeared in his office as to how I don't know. I then included the professor Mughuvani.....whose help was close to nothing. I couldn't be helped then I was told to repeat that subject just like that. May I please state that Dr Ngema was asking me out so I didn't know if he sabotaged me because I said no or he was just making me pay that I wouldn't know.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was then sick the very same year with asthma at the end of the year the only exam I couldn't make was Dance teaching and the school rule says if you bring a Drs note you get class average. I had a re-exam that same year because I couldn't qualify for class average. I am the first and last student to ever experience that at TUT. I know if students who are always sitting at the end of the year not doing their exams yet they pass, I was sick and I don't qualify for class average I don't know if it was because I am black or what but yeah our school is ******.</p> <p> </p> <p>Lastly last year(2015) I went to complete the subjects I failed. In 3rd year we choose majors. I was a DANCE teaching major. So when you are a dance teaching major you were exempted from Pointe work and ballet pas de deux. It has always been like that and students have been exempted and passing.</p> <p> </p> <p>So last year we got new lecturers. I explained to them how our previous lecturer explained the syllabus to us I mean as a student you can't disagree with your lecturers. I did my dance technique as we used to do with previous lecturers. But there new lecturers marked me on modules I was not supposed to do which lowered my marks and resulted to a fail. I went complain. This complains started last year August when we got our results and I confronted them. End of the year Ashley Churchyard "new lecturer" told me she confronted other lectures and my marks will be fixed and changed but that didnt happen and she changed her story. </p> <p> </p> <p>I then took the matter to prof. Who said to me my matter was resolved only to find it wasn't. I went to the Dean and still no help . I don't know how to go about this because this unfairness only happens to me other students are graduating and not experiencing any of this. I came to hello Peter now because I don't want to just let this go. I need help. I don't know how to go about it. If you can help me in any way or refer me to relevant people please do so. I need my paper I invested 4years to not get my qualification.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
