Unfair admission for grade1

I am very disappointed in Doe for unfair admissions. My son is in grade R and have app**** for admission at his current school for next year. The school made us buy school uniform the previous year but we were told they will only wear it at grade 1. I app**** very early on the opening day to secure a space but my son is now placed at a different school I don't even prefer without th my consent. District says they used a 1st come 1st serve criteria which was not used in my case because I would have received space. I was told by the district to object and appeal with head office and did just that. They even gave me contact person's email add. Have been sending emails to the person but there is no response. Head office came back saying they need response from district before processing. I'm now stuck between a rock and a hard place because no 1 wants to assist. People who app**** way after me got space at the preferred school but my son didnt. This is pathetic. Look at the time I made the application. This is just not fair. Still waiting for response from head office after 15 days of objecting and appealing.
