UNAMENDED SENIOR CERTIFICATE

<p>I don't know which way to go now, kindly see attached fully filled forms and proof of payment.<br /> <br />We app**** for a senior certificate, because the original one's information were wrong to ID and initials were filled out wrong, we app**** for a new one paid the amount. Couple of weeks we received the AMANDED one, or so we thought, the new certificate where the same with the same errors, nothing was changed, just a new printed copy. <br /> <br />Kindly assist in this matter as you will see that we app**** in May last year already.</p>
