Uif contribution

My name is Neo Nthutang, I app**** for the uif benefits last year November, I have been going to the labour department for months now for my uif benefits still today I have received nothing from the department, I have placed a complain already about my application but still no response from the department I don't know what to do or who to escalate my issue to because I've sent them many emails and still no help, hello Peter please help me
