two months - Non-Payment

After supplying a school in Orange Farm (Pudumo Primary School) with Stationary almost two months ago, I still have not been paid. I have been to the district office so many times in Ormonde and my cries fall on deaf ears. I am so frustrated, because my business is suffering as a result because I can no longer operate due to this non-payment issue. I have run out of ideas and I did not want to involve lawyers, but it has gotten to a point where iv just had it, two months is a long time when you are trying to run a successful business.
