Truro house service sucks!!!

I'm an educator ... this year January I app**** for my housing allowance but I have not received it until today. When i call they always promise to call me back but they never do. I'm seriously struggling to make ends meet I need this allowance. Truro house staff should be revisited they are failing to do their job
