To date my son is not in school

I register at 2 schools, Ridgevale primary and Die ruiter and both these schools have rejected my son and nephew as the reasons we were given was that the boys were put on the B list and the department of education/ district had said that all children on B list should not be considered. I have been to <br> both schools and have been advise to go to the district which is in Florida in the west rand. I have been there 5 times and all those times I have been sent to Ridgevale Primary for further assistance, on my arrival to the school the Lady at the reception Mcglory was going on about how i had a bad attitude and i was the one that called in and was shouting according to her words, I called the school back in September 2014 to check as none of the schools kept communication, only to be told that my son was rejected. Now my question is when were they going to notify us of this info if i hadn't called?, now that I have been to the school several times we still have not been assisted by both the schools and the district and we are both the boys who were supposed to have started grade one are not placed in any school.
