Throwing away our Documents???

Cape Town department of education is honestly the Worst place. They asked me to fill out an application for my kids long time ago and I submitted that to them and they advised they will be capturing that on the system and that I will get a text message confirming that it was processed as I am writing this I am now coming from there and they are telling me that there is no record of the applications that I filled out They took the kids details again and they had me waiting for over 30 minutes on the desk alone and came back saying there is no record and I need to re-apply again.

Mind you I took time off from work to go and do the application and I spent money going up and down to police station and making copies and all that and now they are asking me to do that again, where is the money and time to do this and tell me where is that application I filled out weeks ago????

They probably threw all these away and telling us to wait until captured. They all the same no one knows how to do their job and they have bad service.

My grade 11 is already missing out on 2 weeks lessons and they don't know where my application is. I am so angry and I won't be spending more money on copies and documents just so they sit there again. They need to do better or just close the department.
