The hedious fiend on the other side of the phone

At 16:30pm on 02/05/2019 I recieved the most undignified phone call from a woman on behalf of the department telling me I was shortlisted for a vacancy I app**** for.

To say she was rude and arrogant is an understatement - she was a HIDEOUS FIEND who had no manner of polite communication, no respect and told me I was "wasting her time" by asking her to please confirm my appointment details to ensure I had everything down correctly. She proceeded to complain loudly to someone else around her about my wasting her time. Furthermore, when I exclaimed in joy that I was hoping for this call back she crudely cut me off by saying "I'm not done speaking!"

Is there anyway I could trace this woman and formally complain about her or insist she attend some sort of diplomacy work training? If this is the way that candidates are spoken to perhaps training is required all around

Surely it's not too much, to expect at the very least, detached politeness on communicating what I considered to be good news.
