The dpt has many factors that ate lacking.This is an all rounder.From the values of education which are erroding at a fast rate to the educators themselves who are only waiting for the salary date. ****** is still rife.this is not a cover up its real.look at a school in kzn that always has racial tension leading to halt of school activities.But what id ever done.Teachers ate identified and leadership comes in and just barks and leaves with thr mrssage that investigations are going on.Guess what 3 years goes with no results.No sanctions.Nothing.thats how it works. POSTS are issued based on who you are.its sad.very sad.Those who know no one are asked to register on the data base and wait for the rest of their lives. Principals and chairpersons of sgbs appoint their relatives and friends.Some not even competent but who cares.If you dare to speak you are putting yourself in danger.Principals ***** under guise of projects that will be heavily inflated..shame
