The DOE system has failed me!

I app**** and paid for a replacement certificate matric online via https://www.eservices.gov.za on 13 April 2023 that was supposed to be delivered to me according to the information on DOE within 6-8 weeks. I've tried contacting all the numbers related to matric certificate re-issues for numerous weeks and nobody could find my application with reference number on the system. I managed to get some assistance from a lovely lady at WCED that then told me I had to re-apply via email and she sent me a form to complete and send back to her. This was almost 2 months after applying as I sent my information again on the 25th May. Now I am told it is at the printers and I just need to wait for a notification. Why do you put the online application websites there if it is not going to get the process done faster, rather just say contact your provincial education office and apply via them. DOE has cost me a job opportunity because I didn't have my original ontime, and I allowed the 6-8 weeks but I still don't have anything. I will have to wait the full term now again as I had to reapply. This is unacceptable.
