The department of Education

I am so disappointed by the treatment received at Queens high school.... I am awaiting payment and have been given the run around. I was refer to Shirley Molobi who has shown no urgency in the matter, was agian referred to Irene Mashapa who has also been shown no interest in my escalation. I have now been told that a Mr Borchardt who was CC in my emails and did nothing. I the principal is the worst of the pack.. He has not even called me once... He is unable to send an email or even a quick apology. I keep being promised my matter will be resolved, sometimes even get asked if I'm sure it wasn't resolved. The amount of professionalism in the department makes me wonder how the run schools. Mr Lauren's who was assigned to resolve matter has also never ever contacted me...

Irene has constantly tried getting me assisted but unfortunately her colleagues do not take her instruction seriously as a circuit manager.
