Terrible service from Pinetown Department of Education

The department of education in Pinetown is extremely slow. My wife results were to be released in February 2018 and to date there is nothing(14/06/2018). Its sad as we are unaware if the results are successful or not. This holds us back with regards to job applications. Everytime we call the pinetown district calls are not answered. The school has tried many times to receive the results but no joy comes of it as well. I hope management looks into it and provides feedback urgently.
