Teachers Don't care about our children

my child never enjoyed studying at OMS as he was always targeted because he is naughty child , all children are naughty and OMS TEACHERS does not want to take responsibility and play their role at school as parents. My child is on grade 4 class their teacher was sick during 1st team and she only came back this term. They have been changing teacher think 2-3 times this year and clearly that confused children and in September they never told the kids when they writing exams they just told them they finish without them knowing when they started. Now was called to school I sent my Aunt she was told by the teacher that wasn't there whole year that my child will repeat the grade because his marks is very low. How do you expect children to concentrate if you change teachers 3 times in one year. Now they saying they will also put my child to a doctor next year for what I don't know ? before they told me they will ask doctor to give him a pill because he is too active? what kind of school is this that decide what to do with your child ?are they now doctors not teachers? when he was 8-9 years was told that he is ****** ? what does an 9 year know about ****** ? Dept please help on this one
