Struggling to get my Matric certificate

Good day...my name is Cynthia jeli I need your help..I wrote my exam in 2016 but since then I haven't received my results when I call the school they refer me to department. Then department send me back to the school... Last time I spoke to Danny form the department he promised to assist me by since then I haven't received any feedback from him...I really need your assistance..name of the school is technically collage in Johannesburg.. name of reception that I normally speak to is Gabi Nd thandi... Please help
