Shocking service ot the DOE

This departments incompetence never seems to amaze me, in January I filled a funeral benefit claim for my deceased father who passed away in 2017. Still to this day I am apparently waiting for the DOE's CFO to sign for payment according to Mpheteng Dubula in Vereeniging.. I cant imagine signing off a claim would take 9 months. This is 'I guess ' a general reflection of our government as a whole. I hope the ANC knows that with each bad service experience and a seemingly incapable staff they will continue to run this once great party into the ground.
