SHOCKING ACTION FROM DEPT OF EDUCATION FOR MATRIC CERTIFICATES!!

I am beyond horrified with this place! I have been struggling for 4 years to get my son's matric certificate! They keep telling me to go to the Department of Education in Alberton and I keep paying and re-applying. When I went there last time they told me that his certificate has just been cancelled! I emailed people at the Department and they told they will respond in 14 days! I have been sending emails begging day in and day out and no one is answering me. I am beyond frustrated and do not know what to do or who to contact any more as my son is 24 and still can't get his matric certificate in SA!!!
