SGB complain

Good day Sir or Madam. I am the chairperson of Oranje Oewer Intermediate School here in Upington SGB. We where selected in April 2021, it was free and fair election, one parent did write complaint or dispute about the election, he was the chairperson for the least 7 years of the school. The district has resolved his dispute and he did wrote to MEC office and the MEC did came and disbaned us the new SGB. He as MEC feel the must be re-run election, the first time in history, it was political decision, can you help us?
