School Sports more important than education

<p>I approached my daughters school this week to ask them if they can help my daughter with extra math classes, as she is really struggling with math. Now obviously if she does bad in math she will fail her grade and I made the school well aware of this. Their excuse for not helping her was that the teachers are to busy with sport in the afternoon. We also looked at outside help for math classes, but they teach on a different level than the school and in the end will only confuse my daughter. This is a sad day indeed when a school puts sport above education.</p>
