Ridiculous public servants

I am appalled by the public servants at Gauteng Department of Education, with their lack of interest in the education of a foundation phase learner. I have been trying since the beginning of March 2018 to get just assistance with the placement of my daughter at a Johannesburg school. They have been promising to look for a school since beginning March and today it is the 3 May 2018 and I have still not received any feedback my daughter has been to school for two days now and they are still not worried. WHAT IS A PARENT TO DO WHEN THE PUBLIC SERVANTS WHO IS SUPPOSED TO BE HELPING NOT HELPING? Clearly it is not important to them that my daughter has an education as it is to us as her parents. Why are the Bathopele Principles there? Is the question I ask myself when they are clearly not living those principles. I am in desperate need of help and don't know which way to turn when the Public Servants who has been appointed to help us fellow citizens when they are not helping us. Where should we go.
