Replacing a child in school.

So I have been contacting the department of education, sending emails, ect regarding my step child. So she has passed to grade 8 an before that her father was informed to apply at schools online to his mistake he never uploaded the documents properly an then he was never informed to come to the schools or sent him a notification to say he must come an fill the or bring the documents in. Then with lockdown we we several times to the schools to ask what we can do an they refused us to speak to anyone due to covid then never even bothered contacting the parents an making effort to tel the parents first living close to the schools an gave them first privilege. First also I went to the schools on behalf of my husband to go an ask them if I could come here what is happening with the application as I never got feed back from them an if I could change my details as to Westridge an not new woodlands. But I was refused an then I went now before close opens an when teachers are back to go an find out, phone the department of education an ask for help an sending emails but no replys.i went from dealing with Patricia Van Niekerk, lucinda Jordan, Lynne then Ruth an all I get I must wait til in next month the school can give me answer, why must a child wait a month to get a answer. The reason why I want my choice of school is because they give children outside the area first privilege to be accepted an children that live on the doorstep must go to schools where u travel 2 taxis to get the school but there is a school on the doorstep. The reason why I took Westridge also is because my daughter is attending there an they can walk together because we stay a 15min walk away from the school. Also today when I spoke to Ruth from the south metro an explaining to her an telling her I'm not gona wait a month an then she reckons to me I must go an beg at the school for place. I am so disgusted by how the services work whichever way, refusing a child from education an refusing a parent that lives on the doorstep of the school. Is it possible if you can assist me with in placing my step daughter by Monday when all other children start school an I prefer Westridge high in Mitchell's plain because I'm a 15min walk away from the school.
