Refund

We paid R710 to Die Heuwel Primary school on the 7th of September 2015 for school fees of our child for schooling and we encountered problems and cant let our child go to grade R as she legible for grade 1 at a different province. I have notified the school and reception advised it will take up to 2 weeks for a refund and when i questioned that and told it was way too much time for them to refund me, then the school principal decided to tell us there is no refund for registrations. All i need is my money back as i cant pay so much 3 days ago and be told i cant get my money back and worse part of all i was not advised it was registration and it was non refundable and admin told i was going to be refunded but because of me not happy with time frame story changed to no refund at all, why was i given the refund form to fill if it was non refundable?
