Refund

During the year 2009, I app**** for a bursary with the department of education to study my honours degree with the University of Pretoria and the application was granted.The bursary includes funding for the whole course including study materials. I was advised to buy my study materials and they will refund me later but to date i'm still waiting for my refund. The lady at our District ( Tshwane West) advised me to submit the receipts that shows that I bought the books which I did. I'm still waiting for my refund to date.
