<p>The principal of Mondeor Primary School and her deputies are ******s ****phobes who treat the black staff like they are subordinates. They pass ****** remarks and when I told her that a relative of mine had died she said now what must she do with the children though the is another teacher that I work with and she had taken the afternoon off to burry her dog. She does favoures for the white and Indian teachers and even went to create a ghost post for a teacher that was finding it hard to adjust to the life in Asia after accepting a teaching post there. </p> <p>The black staff is given written warnings without any verbal warning but any other race is given countless verbal warnings, with no written warning.</p> <p>one cleaner fell while on duty and was told that if she doesn't like the work, there is tons of people by the traffic lights who would love to have her job, while School vehicles transport white and Indian teachers and their kids to and from school everyday.</p> <p>black students are branded as naughty and told to go study in Soweto and told to sight branding documents that label them as naughty and are separated from the rest off the school. Black staff are screamed at and diminised in front of the learners.</p> <p> </p> <p>And fire staff and make false accusations, saying it's from the SGB. But it always turns out that the SGB knew nothing about that.</p>
