Pye's out of Payment for two months

Mthombo primary school employeed youth but this poor people they get paid very late, as i raise this concern they have not been paid now going to second month, is the problem with department or principal submitting their hours late?how do we expect people to come to work without being paid yet neighboring schools people are paid on time, this school is in section C mamelodi west.
