Pupils rights.

My Son was assaulted by a female learner at school.He warned her twice to stop,she didnt,he retaliated and struck her back.Formal hearing,my Son admitted guilt.My complaint with Edenglen Primary to implement the same rights afforded to all scholars,No correspondence from school has forced me to seek ******** liability.Dont ALL rights protect ALL scholars??Department has not afforded me a reply after 2weeks of emails posted by myself.........Wake up!!!
